For the most part the taste was decent. There was a strand of hair in my jar so that was a bit of a turn off.

When I saw your review, I immediately realized what had happened. I accidentally handed you the jar we had been using to serve samples at the market instead of a fresh jar. We noticed afterward that our sample jar was missing, but unfortunately had no way of knowing who had received it.
That was entirely my mistake, and I sincerely apologize. Finding a hair in your sea moss is absolutely unacceptable, regardless of how it happened.
Ashley and I put so much care into what we make, and this is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have.
